For the first time since 2004 if ever on Lakshmi, San d'Oria contorls the North Gustaberg outpost. While the Super Kupopower 'Ease of Exploration' is in effect in San d'Oria, you can recieve a Supply Quest from any T.K. and warp to Bastok for a quick chocobo ride to North Gustaberg.
